Return Policy

We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. We'll do our best to take care of you and make the process as painless as possible.

Here are the Ground Rules

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item that is made-to-order or printed-to-order unless the item is defective. Products that are made-to-order or printed-to-order will be marked as such in their product descriptions. You cannot cancel your purchase of a made-to-order or printed-to-order product once we have started making it.

Eligible purchased items may only be returned if they are unused and undamaged by the customer. Return requests must be made within 20 days of purchase. Any return requests made after 20 days will not be accepted. If all original packaging is not included with the return, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

How to Return Items

1. Contact us within 20 days of the purchase date at returns@attractmo.de.
2. Explain your reason for the return and we'll issue you an RMA number. Any returns made without an RMA number will not be accepted.
3. Ship the item back inside a shipping box along with the packing slip. Be sure to write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
4. Once we receive your return, we'll process it as quickly as possible.
