After killing Morgott, go back to Avenue Balcony at the Site, and take the stairways towards the top. Use the path till you reach the unlocked double doors. You’ll also find an archer equipped with a long bow at the Avenue Balcony that you’ll have to defeat.
Keep following the path by proceeding straight and climbing up the curving staircase. There is another path down that you’ll take, then turn left to walk into a doorway with hooded statutes on both sides.
You’ll find a lever; pull this lever and take the elevator and head upwards, and arrive at the West Capital Rampart site of grace.
It is best to enable your summoning pool because there is a boss ahead you’ll have to defeat. Also, collect the golden seed guarded by the Oracle Envoy and use it to take down the giant Gargoyle. You’ll see a branch coming out of the ground that you’ll climb to a balcony where you’ll find boss Godfrey, First Elden Lord, and you have to defeat him to proceed.
At this point you just need to get reach Rold Route. Follow the sculpture borders stairway and head up until you reach a huge tower. There is a different lift at the center, which you’ll have to activate by footing on a middle situated button.
